Margo Boster

Margo Boster, ACC, BCC, specializes in providing highly effective leadership and management development that includes assessments, coaching and organizational support. Margo has a long history of building organizations and helping people within those organizations achieve goals they believed were beyond their reach. With more than 25 years of professional experience in senior leadership, she combines proven, real world experience with the education and training to help her clients thrive. Ms. Boster is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach and a CCE Board Certified Executive Coach
Ms. Boster has a BS in Psychology with emphasis in organizational development, has completed graduate level course work in Public Policy and Administration, and completed the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program. Ms. Boster's diverse professional experience includes leadership positions in both large private sector companies and the Federal Government. Prior to co-founding ImpaQ Solutions, Ms. Boster founded and grew a consulting company that provided information technology consulting and organizational and change management consulting and training.

Margo has been practicing and studying yoga since 1997. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified yoga teacher who teaches alignment-based yoga and continues her yoga studies and practice, currently pursuing her RYT-500 yoga certification. Margo’s focus is on the wholeness of yoga, teaching poses (asanas), breath (pranayama), and meditation, and how one can continue the practice of yoga on and off the mat.

Diane Cashin 

Diane Cashin is President & CEO of True North Enterprise, which provides both strategic planning services to organizations and executive transformation coaching to organization leaders. In her role as business consultant, Diane helps organizations hone their Vision and Mission and align the organization's operations and tactical execution to achieve their goals. She also hosts “Creating Velocity in Your Life,” an On-line Radio Talk Show available on iTunes.

Before founding True North Enterprise, Diane was Vice President of Federal Healthcare at By Light Professional IT Services, a service-disabled, veteran-owned, T4 prime contract awardee leading the business development win strategy for solutions with the integrated team.

Diane held several strategic leadership roles at Cisco from 2005-2011 where she led the global strategies between Cisco and several global System Integrators as well as the strategy for clients within the Federal Healthcare vertical. Prior to joining Cisco Diane was the Director of International Inside Sales for FiberLink, a managed services company, and the Director for Solutions Marketing with Siemens Medical, where she led the marketing and inside sales teams strategy responsible for demand creation in the United States for healthcare information technology solutions.


Lori Ermi

Lori Evans Ermi, PCC, SPHR brings over 25 years of corporate and consulting experience. She is passionate about Millennials, and has conducted research with over 50 companies, non-profits, federal agencies and service providers as well as over 200 people across generations and demographics. This interactive workshop brings this research to life. Participants will walk away with a greater understanding and appreciation of their own generational influences and those of others, as well as tips to working more cohesively together.

Lori has been an executive coach for over 15 years, and a leadership development junkie for over 20 years. She is the Managing Director of The Ermi Group since 2008: a coaching and leadership development firm. Most of her corporate career was with The Procter & Gamble Company as a global senior human resources manager, and has served in leadership and executive roles in sales, marketing and learning and development. Her motto is “Anything can happen if you let it,” by the infamous Mary Poppins.

Barbara Fast

Major General Barbara Fast (U.S. Army, Retired) is a Senior Vice President at CGI and leads the company’s Army & Defense Intelligence Business Unit. MG Fast joined CGI in 2011 to lead the company’s mission support work for U.S. Army operations and intelligence clients, including the U.S. Army Training & Doctrine Command, U.S. Army Forces Command, U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command, U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, the U.S. Army Reserve Command, as well as the Defense Intelligence agencies. She is also responsible for CGI’s cyber and biometrics capability.

Prior to joining CGI, MG Fast was the vice president of Cyber and Information Solutions for Intelligence and Security Systems (I&SS), a division of Network and Space Systems, The Boeing Company. In this role, she led Boeing’s efforts in support of the U.S. government, commercial, and international needs, to include fostering collaboration and information sharing across organizations securing their networks and data.

Prior to Boeing, she served on active duty with the U.S. Army, retiring after 32 years of service. She held a variety of command and staff positions in the U.S. and overseas, to include a combat tour in Iraq. She received numerous U.S. and foreign awards and decorations, including the Defense Superior Service Medal with one Oak Leaf Cluster, Legion of Merit, and Bronze Star Medal.

She holds a Master of Science degree in business administration from Boston University, a Bachelor of Science degree in education (German, Spanish) from the University of Missouri, and an honorary Doctorate of Law degree from Central Missouri State University. She is also a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, the Armed Forces Staff College, and the Military Intelligence Officer Basic and Advanced Courses.

Jan Fox

Jan likes to say she came from a poor house in Shelbyville, Indiana, all the way to the White House and Hollywood interviewing many celebrities and US Presidents – a life she never could have imagined. She won 3 Emmys at WUSA TV9 in Washington, DC: Best Investigative Reporting, Best Feature Story, and the coveted Station Community Service EMMY for her work on child car seat checks. Her new book, No MuuMuu, Please!, tells you how to land a guest spot on TV and what to do when you get there.

Jan has been a sought-after “conversation starter”– her word for “speaker”, facilitator, and emcee for more than 30 years, engaging hundreds of audiences. As a Speaker Coach, Jan has turned many struggling speakers into superstars. The results are immediate.

Her proprietary “SPEAK TWEAKS” program has helped Corporations, Law groups, Associations, Government Agencies, PR firms, Conferences, Women’s Groups, and other businesses raise the corporate communications level and increase the confidence of their employees. Several national insurance companies vie for Jan to conduct their Employee Assistance Training Programs. She’s trained at Marriott, Verizon, The Defense Logistics Agency, The CIA, The Senate Dirksen Building, Well Point, Anthem Insurance.

She holds a Masters Degree in Education from Lesley University, where she eventually directed the Outreach Program and taught graduate education courses to teachers.

Sheila Haji

Sheila Haji is an executive coach and organization development consultant, specializing in leadership development. For more than twenty-five years, Sheila has helped executives, managers, and supervisors enhance their personal effectiveness, build productive relationships and deliver mission-critical results. Sheila’s clients include the Social Security Administration, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Department of Housing and Urban Development, FDIC, AARP, Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Freddie Mac, Pearson, Washington Gas, NCB Capital Impact, E*Trade Financial, and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.

Sheila has a Masters Degree in Organization Development from The American University and has coaching experience equivalent to International Coach Federation’s PCC designation. In addition, Sheila has served as an adjunct faculty member of Georgetown University’s Coaching Certificate Program and Organization Development Certificate Program. She has also served as Lead Coach for the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence Fellowship Program. Sheila is a contributing author to the Georgetown faculty book, On Becoming a Leadership Coach: A Holistic Approach to Coaching Excellence and is featured alongside Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Kenneth Blanchard in the compilation, Roadmap to Success: America’s Top Intellectual Minds Map Out Successful Business Strategies.


Bonnie Kawchuk, Ed.M., PCC 

Women’s leadership expert and founder of The Leading Voice LLC, Bonnie Kawchuk, Ed.M. is redefining how we understand and address women’s communication in the workplace. Recognized globally as a thought leader in her field, she has been training and coaching professionals at all stages of their careers for over 15 years. Her Fortune 10 and Global 500 clients span 23 countries and include Nokia, Nokia Siemens Network, Hewlett Packard, Raytheon BBN Technologies, Genzyme, Inter-American Development Bank, Human Genome Sciences and Foley Hoag LLP. She has also designed and taught women’s leadership and management programs at Harvard University and Cornell University. Prior to launching The Leading Voice, Bonnie was Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of the Boston Landmarks Orchestra. Drawing on years of innovation in education, business and women’s leadership development, she chairs Harvard Women in Leadership Dialogue at the Harvard Club of DC, is Past President of Girl’s LEAP (Lifetime Empowerment and Awareness Program) and is an advisory board member of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research). She holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and Harvard University and is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program.

Bonnie’s areas of leadership development expertise include communication and the experience of voice, executive and vocal presence, intercultural management, and overcoming hidden resistance to change. She is known for her capacity to address complexity and her ability to support leaders to sustain behavioral change.

Kara Tull

Kara Tull is a native Northern Virginian and grew up in Arlington, Va. She studied Political Science at the University of Utah but elected to take a different career path after she returned to the area. After spending several years working in corporate business Kara returned to school to become a licensed massage therapist, esthetician and make-up artist. Kara has furthered her education and development focused on the beauty, health and wellness industry through continuing education at The Cleveland Clinic, the Hilton Head Health Institute and the International Dermal Institute.

Kara created Skincare by Kara more than 12 years ago, a successful mobile skincare service catering to clients in their own homes. Kara also has been director of a private spa in Washington, D.C., and also has been a consultant to numerous other spas in the in the D.C.-metro area, helping to design space and establish policies and procedures before new business launches. Kara has taught several seminars and classes to women all over the country on themes involving skincare, stress and body-aging topics. Kara is currently Studio Manager for Body Elements.


Leslie Williams

Leslie Williams is the President of LeaderShift Consulting, a firm dedicated to equipping leaders to elicit the best from themselves and those they lead. She uses a coaching approach that allows her to work across a vast spectrum of clients to enable them to achieve deep and lasting change. Over time, Leslie has developed a particular expertise in helping women leaders to exert their influence and power in a balanced and effective way. She has developed a tailored approach to women’s development called “Leading With Grit & Grace®.”

Leslie is an ICF-Certified Master Coach, a certified Integral Coach™ and a trained organization development consultant. With this combination of insight into both individuals and organizations, Leslie is adept at helping leaders develop intelligently within their specific workplace contexts.

Leslie holds an M.S. in Organization Development from American University/NTL Institute. This training has equipped her to understand the vast implications of organizational culture, structure and systems on individual leadership performance. Through a combination of rigorous training, a skill for learning from life and a quest for mastery, Leslie has established a track record of success with and for her clients.
