Leadership Conference Summary

For 27 years, The Women’s Center has hosted a conference that connects 800 women at this inspirational event focused on leadership for women, where speakers share insights and wisdom gained from their personal experience.

Over 240 speakers have participated in our conferences, including: Honorable Madeleine Albright; Cathie Black; Carly Fiorina; Katharine Graham, Dr. Dorothy Height; Shelia Johnson; Senator Mary Landrieu; Dr. Susan Love; Jane Pauley; and Linda Rabbitt.

One of the Nation’s Capital’s best conferences for women, this event helps to complement, promote and support The Women’s Center’s year round counseling, education and resources for women and families, including reduced fee and no charge services for those without health insurance or the ability to pay.

Program: Individual high profile conference speakers and concurrent sessions

Food: Continental breakfast and luncheon included in conference fee

Vendors: Five to six vendors on-site for sale of gifts, jewelry, clothing, etc.

Bookstore: Books for sale by conference speakers and general interest topics
